Processing Times

 

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase.

 

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

 

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 

We offer the following shipping options for domestic U.S orders:

 

  • Flat Rate Shipping $5.00, estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after your order is processed. This applies to all orders under $50.
  • Free Shipping on orders $50+, spend $50 or more and enjoy free standard shipping! Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after your oder is processed.


Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather or carrier delays.

 

Shipping Rates

 

We Keep it simple:

  • $5 Flat Rate for all orders under $50
  • Free Shipping on orders $50 and up

Shipping rates are based on  your order total not weight or location

Order Tracking

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery.

 

International Shipping

 

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options will be available in the future.

 

Damaged or Lost Packages

 

We take great care in packaging your products, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide photos of the damaged items, and we’ll gladly replace or refund your purchase.
