At Scented Serenity Candles, we take pride in the quality of our products and strive to ensure your satisfaction. Please review our refund and exchange policy below for detailed information.

 

Refunds

 

All products are thoroughly inspected before shipping to ensure the highest quality.

 

Used candles cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.

 

Refunds or replacements will only be issued for items damaged during shipping. To qualify, you must provide photographic proof of the damage to info@scentedserenitycandles.com within 7 days of delivery.

 

Refunds are not available for items due to dissatisfaction with the selected fragrance.

 

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

 

Exchanges

 

Unused products may be exchanged for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase.

 

The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges, including returning the original item and shipping the replacement.

 

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returned items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return.
