A Glow to Remember: Highlights from Our Recent Candle Making Class

There’s something truly special about watching a group of strangers come together, connect over creativity, and leave with not just a handmade candle but a new appreciation for the art behind it. That’s exactly what happened at our most recent Let’s Get Lit Candle-Making Class, and my heart is still full.

From the moment everyone walked in, the energy was high, and the curiosity was even higher. Laughter flowed as we got into the history of candles, shared fun facts, and prepped our wax. What stood out most to me was how deeply engaged everyone was. The questions came one after another about fragrance blending, wax temperatures, wick sizes and I couldn’t have been happier to answer them all.

As the class went on, I looked around and saw eyes wide with wonder, smiles of satisfaction, and hands carefully crafting something beautiful. That’s the magic of candle making it’s more than wax and wick. It’s intention. It’s therapy. It’s a chance to slow down and create something meaningful.

By the end of the class, more than one person said, “I’ll never look at candles the same way again.” And that’s exactly why I do this.

I’m so grateful to everyone who attended. Your excitement reminded me why I started this journey in the first place. Your presence lit up the room and not just with flames, but with joy, curiosity, and connection.
